This page exists because a product about not trusting confident claims can't bury its own in a wall of grey text. Here's everything, in order of how much it matters to you.
Your judgment is the product
The kit gives you drafts. You decide what happens to them. That isn't a disclaimer I'm hiding behind — it's the design. Every template is built to produce something you check before it moves. If you fire drafts without reading them, the kit will not save you, and it was never going to.
What I promise
- 35 files, delivered by email as a download link, usually within a minute of payment.
- The download link works for 7 days. If it expires or fails, email [email protected] and I'll send a fresh one.
- Free updates to version 1 of the kit. Email me and I'll send the current download.
- A full refund within 3 days of delivery, no questions.
What I don't promise
- No revenue claims. I don't know what this will do for your business and neither does anyone selling you something similar. Nobody has bought this kit yet — there is no track record to point at, and I'm not going to imply one.
- No "hours saved" guarantee. The kit tells you honestly what each template does and doesn't save. Those are estimates from my own use, not a promise about yours.
- No claim the AI will be right. It won't be, reliably. That's the premise of the whole thing.
Not professional advice
The kit is a method for drafting business messages. It is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, and neither am I. Any draft touching those areas needs a human who's qualified in them — not just your approval.
The privacy point — read this one
The method involves pasting real information into an AI chat: customer messages, your prices, your policies. That information goes to whichever AI provider you're using, on their terms, not mine.
Before you start: find your provider's data settings and read what they do with what you paste. Most offer a way to keep your input out of training. And keep genuinely sensitive material — ID numbers, card details, health information, anything you'd be sued for leaking — out of the paste entirely. The kit doesn't need it, and a draft is not worth that risk.
The kit itself has no software, no accounts, and no telemetry. It never sees your data. Your AI provider is a separate relationship, and it's yours to manage.
The license
- Yes: use it in your business, adapt the templates, rewrite them, build on them, share the method with your own staff.
- No: reselling it, redistributing the files, or repackaging the kit as your own product.
Who you're buying from
GniusOS is a one-person business run by Jee (Chawakorn Supithak) in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Payments are processed by Stripe; the charge appears as GNIUSOS. The kit is delivered by email. There is one contact channel and it's real: [email protected].
The kit is sold as digital goods, as-is, for use in your own business. To the extent permitted by law, GniusOS's total liability for any claim arising from the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
